There is a non-refundable start-up fee of 40% of the agreed closing fee to cover the initial time and resources dedicated to the search. This will be applied to the total fee at the successful completion of the search.

There is a non-refundable start-up fee of 10% to cover the initial time and
resources dedicated to the search. This will be applied to the total fee at the
successful completion of the search.

30% upon completion of search (1st day of employment at your company)
